An amazing week ... and there are more to come...

Cette dernière semaine a été assez dense ! Et je ne m'en plaint pas !!! Samedi dernier, rendez-vous au Bon Temps Roulé, place assez mythique à New Orleans, pour un show acoustique accompagné de différents amis : Coco, of course ! pour quelques reprises et nouveautés du prochain album de Bremen ... Lionel, venu m'accompagner avec son violon ténor sur quelques morceaux et Romain, avec sa trompette ! Super ambiance , public ravi, bref, mission remplie ! Ensuite, petit concert au Neutral Ground, à l'issue d'une journée passé avec Devell Crawford, au talent de pianiste indéniable, et Monsieur Bobby Rush qui vient de remporter le grammy award du meilleur album de Blues ! Pas peu fier ! Ensuite, Festival de la Fête Française qui fut l'occasion de retrouver certains amis, pour un concert du tonnerre (au propre comme au figuré !!!). Puis, concert de swing au Allways Lounge, où je rejoins le groupe de Romain pour interpréter quelques chansons de Georges Brassens, dans un esprit swing, permettant de faire découvrir notre patrimoine culturel !!! Et enfin, avant l'évènement du 7 avril prochain, direction, studio d'enregistrement pour (enfin !) commencer la production de cet album tant attendu !!!

This last week was pretty dense! And I do not complain! Last Saturday, go to the Bon Temps Roulé, a rather mythical place in New Orleans, for an acoustic show accompanied by different friends : Coco, of course ! For a few covers and new releases of the next album of Bremen ... Lionel, came to accompany me with his tenor violin on a couple of songs and Romain, with his trumpet! Great atmosphere, public delighted, in short, mission done ! Then, a little concert at the Neutral Ground, after a day spent with Devell Crawford, who is an undeniable talented pianist, and Mr. Bobby Rush who just won the Grammy Award for Best Blues Album ! Not too proud ! Then, Festival of the Fete Française which was the occasion to meet some friends, for a concert of the thunder (to the proper as figurative !!!). Then, swing concert at the Allways Lounge, where I join the group of Romain to interpret some songs of Georges Brassens, in a spirit swing, allowing to discover our cultural heritage !!! And finally, before the event of April 7, direction, recording studio to (finally!) start the production of this long awaited album !!!
